1. Introduction

By downloading or using the apps published by Electrica Apps, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Electrica Apps.

2. Use License

Our applications allow you to download and set wallpapers for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not use the wallpapers for any commercial purpose without explicit permission from the copyright holder.
• You may not redistribute or sell the images downloaded from our applications.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our apps may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions, processed securely via Google Play Billing.

• Subscriptions: Plans (e.g., Monthly, Yearly) automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time payment option that grants permanent access to premium features.
• Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play Store settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.

4. Service Modifications

Electrica Apps is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on Electrica Apps's applications are provided "as is". Electrica Apps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations

In no event shall Electrica Apps or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Electrica Apps's applications, even if Electrica Apps or a Electrica Apps authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
